When considering candidates, we look for scientific and business professionals who are highly motivated, collaborative, and most importantly, share our passionate interest in fighting cancer.</b></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Job Description:</b></p><p><b><span>General Description: </span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Senior </span><span>Market </span><span>A</span><span>ccess </span><span>Specialist will </span><span>be responsible for </span>supporting development and execution of market access strategy to ensure patient access to BeOne Medicine’s products in Korea</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b><span>Essential Functions of the job:</span></b></p><ul><li><p>Support development and execution of market access initiatives &amp; strategies.</p></li><li><p>Develop local value dossier and value messages aligned with P&amp;R strategy</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with HEOR and relevant external stakeholders for development and adaptation of health economic models, cost, and outcomes studies</p></li><li><p>Collaborate closely with local and region/global colleagues from Marketing and Medical to ensure alignment on market access strategies, coordinate local actions and ensure the collection and analysis of evidence and data</p></li><li><p>Work with global/regional market access and HEOR to ensure local requirements are reflected effectively in their plan and local plan is aligned with company direction.</p></li><li><p>Support execution of access stakeholder management activities</p></li><li><p>Support early planning for pipelines regarding evaluation trends in access process, endpoints and stakeholders to inform launch readiness.</p></li><li><p>Support post-reimbursement monitoring and follow-up procedures required by payor</p></li><li><p>Monitor and communicate relevant changes and trends in local health policy environment and patient access activities of competitors to the cross-functional team.</p></li><li><p>Ensure that all activities related to your job comply with the applicable external and internal regulations (policies, procedures, standards, guidelines and code of conduct).</p></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Qualification Required:</b></p><p><b>Education / Experience Required:  </b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree.
