<h3>Job Title</h3>Senior Market Access Manager, North Zone China<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><b>Job Responsibilities:</b><br />• Undertakes medium-sized projects of moderate complexity under limited supervision or collaborates within teams for larger and/or more intricate assignments, ensuring efficient project execution and delivery.<br />• Contributes to capability building and internal education initiatives on relevant topics, sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues to enhance organizational capabilities.<br />• Offers expertise and insights on pertinent and evolving clinical and medical market access topics to support the development and execution of market access strategies.<br />• Collects and disseminates relevant market intelligence (incl. Expert Body horizon scanning initiatives), including healthcare delivery dynamics, payer trends, evidence requirements, and patient safety considerations.<br />• Ensures integration of market access insights into the Idea to Market (I2M) process, product life cycle management and strategic decision-making, contributing to clinical and medical innovation.<br />• Provides timely input for the development of Clinical &amp; Health Economic Evidence generation plans, that will support optimal patient access to NPIs in target markets.<br />• Participates in mergers and acquisitions (M&amp;A) processes as a member of relevant workstreams, supporting due diligence and integration efforts.<br />• Engages with sub-national payers to overcome local and regional concerns, shaping tender and contracting policy, managing downward pressure on coverage; and informing HTAs (national / regional / hospital-level) for disinvestment decision making.<br />• Develops and maintains network of relevant external stakeholders (e.g., Expert Bodies; payers; providers; patient advocacy groups) that impact Market Access, translating their needs and requirements into strategies that shape/drive optimal patient access and product uptake.<br />• Provides valuable support and engagement throughout the pricing process, ensuring harmonization with market access objectives and strategies to optimize outcomes.<br />• Identifies and communicates the need for new capabilities or enhancements to existing capabilities within own areas of expertise, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.<br /> </p><p><b>Minimum required Education:</b><br />Bachelor&#39;s/ Master’s degree in the field of Public Health, Pharmacy, Health Economics ,Clinical Medicine and Business Administration etc or equivalent.</p><p><br /><b>Minimum required Experience:</b><br />Minimum 10 years of experience with Bachelor&#39;s degree OR Minimum 8 years of experience with Master&#39;s degree.</p><p><br /><br /><b>Preferred Skills:</b><br />• Regulatory Compliance<br />• Health Economics And Outcomes Research (HEOR) Methodologies<br />• Scientific Literature Reviews<br />• Data Analysis &amp; Interpretation<br />• Market Access Strategies<br />• Market Research &amp; Analysis<br />• Commercial Acumen<br />• Pricing Strategies<br />• Due Diligence<br />• Reimbursement Policies &amp; Processes<br />• Continuous Improvement</p>
