Our international team develops products used in both established and emerging cell therapy applications, providing customers with key technologies and tools. To further strengthen our capabilities, we are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and engaged Senior Manufacturing Scientist who will be responsible for establishing new processes and preparing the documentation needed to successfully transfer products from R&amp;D and other sites to the Vilnius production team. </p><p></p><p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</p><p></p><p><span>Senior Manufacturing Scientist will participate in new Cell Therapy product development and production support of existing products:</span></p><p></p><p><span>1. Lead transfers of new products from R&amp;D to manufacturing  </span></p><p><span>2. Develop and implement manufacturing processes for new products  </span></p><p><span>3. Ensure smooth transition and scalability of new products at manufacturing environment  </span></p><p><span>4. Assist manufacturing operators to produce established products  </span></p><p><span>5. Investigate / solve manufacturing deviations and respond to customer inquiries </span></p><p><span>6. Participate in cross-functional teams to ensure project milestone implementation </span></p><p><span>7. Identify and mitigate project risks from manufacturing process perspective.  </span></p><p><span>8. Prepare and revise product manufacturing and QC documentation </span></p><p><span>9.
