Senior Manufacturing Engineer – Implant

Capstan Medical is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to own production and process development of the loading system for the Capstan Mitral Valve. This role is part of the Implant Manufacturing team and will also handle the manufacturing development and transfer of next generation designs. Key responsibilities include developing and improving MPIs, DHRs, and inspection processes, training technicians/operators to assembly instructions, addressing process and component NCRs, as well as working with suppliers to ensure component quality, and designing and implementing fixtures for assembly and inspection. Candidates should possess excellent communication and documentation skills, strong CAD and mechanical design skills, and excellent technical and logistical problem-solving skills.
