<h2>Senior Manager, Oncology Trial Navigation </h2> <h2>About the Role</h2> The Senior Manager of Oncology Trial Navigation will play a critical role in connecting Signatera patients to appropriate clinical trial opportunities, sponsored by biopharma partners, academia, or by Natera itself. &nbsp; The Senior Manager will initially serve as the lead individual contributor to establish ground truth for the oncology navigation workflow with the expectation that the role will evolve as the program scales to focus on strategic program growth and team leadership.&nbsp; &nbsp; You will serve as the operational bridge between Natera’s centralized patient screening team and external stakeholders—including treating oncologists, principal investigators (PIs), research coordinators, and, when appropriate, patients themselves. &nbsp; You will play a key role in operationalizing and scaling the oncology focused trial navigation program, partnering with internal stakeholders to harmonize best practices, refine clinical workflows, and scale the team’s reach. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced clinician to drive strategic development of a function that directly accelerates oncology clinical trial enrollment in a fast-scaling, mission driven environment. This role demands exceptional communication and cross functional collaboration to successfully deliver and expand clinical trial support in the oncology domain.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; <h2>What You’ll Do</h2> <h3>Physician &amp; Site Engagement</h3> <ul> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"> Conduct structured outreach to oncologists, PIs, and research coordinators regarding trial-eligible patients. </li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"> Deliver patient eligibility notifications and facilitate referral workflows. </li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"> Support site prioritization and activation strategies. </li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"> Ensure timely follow-up and outcome tracking. </li> </ul> <h3>Trial Matching Coordination</h3> <ul> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"> Operationalize outputs from Natera’s AI-enabled trial matching platform. </li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"> Support eligibility review by aligning molecular and clinical data with trial inclusion/exclusion criteria. </li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"> Track patient progression from identification through referral and enrollment. </li> </ul> <h3>Patient &amp; </li> </ul> <h3>Leadership and Team Building</h3> <ul> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"> Lead the hiring, onboarding, and professional development of Oncology Trial Navigation IC roles to scale this function.&nbsp; </li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"> Provide direct coaching on clinical navigation, complex stakeholder management, and empathy-led patient outreach. </li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"> Define performance metrics and drive a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring the team is equipped to meet growing trial demand.&nbsp; </li> </ul> &nbsp; &nbsp; <h2>Qualifications</h2> Education &amp; Licensure: <ul> <li> Current, active licensure as a Registered Nurse, Certified Genetic Counselor, Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant or other advanced clinical licensure.&nbsp; <ul> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"> Required to maintain licensure in good standing throughout employment.&nbsp; </li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"> Board Certification (e.g. OCN, CCRC or similar) is highly preferred.&nbsp; </li> </ul> </li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"> A master's degree in a clinical or scientific field is highly preferred. </li> </ul> Professional Experience: <ul> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"> 5+ years of oncology clinical experience, with at least 3 years specifically in oncology clinical research.&nbsp; </li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"> Preference for experience specifically in patient identification and trial matching services at a leading molecular diagnostics laboratory or independent clinical trial matching company. </li> </ul> Leadership Experience: <ul> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"> Proven experience in building and scaling a clinical program. </li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"> Demonstrated ability to manage direct reports and mentor team members in a fast paced environment.&nbsp; </li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"> Strong initiative and follow through discipline. </li> </ul> Clinical Expertise: <ul> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"> Advanced clinical knowledge in oncology with deep understanding of biomarker driven oncology, MRD based clinical trial landscapes </li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"> Expert-level understanding of clinical trial design and the ability to interpret complex inclusion/exclusion criteria. </li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"> Familiarity with centralized screening or trial referral models. </li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"> Experience communicating with patients, physicians, PIs, and research coordinators. </li> </ul> Technical &amp; Data Proficiency: <ul> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"> Ability to quickly learn new technologies and serve as primary business stakeholder for technological solutions utilized in Oncology Trial Navigation.&nbsp;
