Position Summary: </div><div>We are a high-growth, fast-paced growing business that manufactures consumables cartridges used in protein research and bio-pharma drug discovery & quality control. We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead the manufacturing organization driving and sustaining continuous improvement activities. You will be responsible for delivering significant immediate top-line revenue growth, while improving quality, improving delivery performance, and managing cost. You will also be responsible for building and executing a longer-term plan to match future capacity and organizational strength (people/process) with future demand needs. </div><div>Key Responsibilities: </div><div><ul><li>Advocate / mentor and implement using Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Design for Manufacturability philosophies to support and sustain the manufacturing operation. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Develop & hire a world-class manufacturing team to support short and long-term business needs. Build on a culture of continuous improvement and Bio-Techne’s EPIC Values. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Implement best practices for the production and testing of consumables. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Lead through influence.
