Job Details:

Builds and leads the medical education function for Haemonetics Interventional Technologies (IVT). Owns the infrastructure that

takes physicians and clinical staff from first exposure to independent procedural proficiency: proctoring and preceptorship

programs, hands-on training curricula, case observation programs, and CME/CE-accredited and non-accredited educational

content. Reports to the VP, Global IVT Marketing.

Duties are listed in order of greatest importance. The incumbent may be asked to perform other function-related activities in

addition to the below mentioned responsibilities as reasonably required by business needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Own physician and hospital staff education programs for PerQseal Elite, including case observation programs, hands-on/simulation labs, and preceptorship pathways that bring new implanting physicians to independent proficiency.
• Establish Haemonetics' medical education function from the ground up, including program infrastructure, CME/CE accreditation processes, grant strategy, and compliance systems.
• Own faculty identification, contracting, and management for medical education programs, in partnership with Medical Affairs and Legal/Compliance.
• Develop and manage the medical education budget, including CME/IME grant funding decisions, vendor relationships, and program ROI tracking.
• Design and deliver hands-on training curricula (simulation labs, case observation, proctoring) for IVT product procedural competency.
• Partner with Sales Training to ensure field clinical specialists have the procedural expertise required to support physician proctoring, while Sales Training retains ownership of internal rep product competency.
• Partner with Clinical Marketing to ensure medical education programming is informed by, but organizationally distinct from, KOL and commercial evidence strategy.
• Partner with Regulatory, Legal, and Compliance to ensure all programming meets applicable CME/ACCME accreditation standards and Sunshine Act/Open Payments reporting requirements.
• Track and report on program outcomes, physician proficiency milestones, and education program metrics.
• Scale the medical education function's policies, systems, and vendor relationships as a net-new capability, with a roadmap to expand beyond PerQseal Elite to the broader IVT portfolio.
• Maintain effective relations with both internal and external customers.

Pay Transparency:

The pay range for this role is:

$124,300.00-$211,700.00/Annual

The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account, without limitation, the candidate’s location, education, job-knowledge, skills, and experience in prior relevant roles.

 

Incentives may also be provided as part of Haemonetics’ employee compensation. For sales roles, employees will be eligible for sales incentive (i.e., commission) under the applicable plan terms. For non-sales roles, employees will be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, the target amount of which varies based on the applicable role, to be governed by the applicable plan terms. Employees may also be eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive plan, with eligibility and target amount dependent on the role.
