Join us in our mission to make a difference.</p><p></p><p><b>The role</b><br />We are looking for a Senior Manager for Manufacturing Technologies in our MSAT organization in Kvistgaard who has experience with team management and improvement of core manufacturing technologies. Overall, the role will focus on ensuring standardization and continuously improving our manufacturing technologies, so we have a robust, compliant, and scalable production.</p><p><br />As Senior Manager for the Manufacturing Technology team, you will lead a team of five senior scientific experts and establish Manufacturing Technologies as a center of excellence for core manufacturing capabilities. Your role is to ensure that our manufacturing processes are robust, scalable, inspection‑ready, and futureproof.</p><p><br /><b>Key responsibilities</b><br /> </p><ul><li><p>Define and own technical strategies and standards for critical manufacturing technologies, including:</p><ul><li><p>Particle control strategies</p></li><li><p>Starting materials (e.g. plasmids, cell banks, raw material control)</p></li><li><p>Cleaning validation</p></li><li><p>Filter validation</p></li><li><p>Downstream process optimization<br /> </p></li></ul></li><li><p>Establish Manufacturing Technologies as the go‑to authority for complex manufacturing challenges</p></li><li><p>Support manufacturing sites with scientific problem solving, investigations, and continuous improvement</p></li><li><p>Drive standardization and platform thinking across products and sites</p></li><li><p>Act as a key interface between Manufacturing, Process Development, Quality, and external partners</p></li><li><p>Contribute to tech transfers, scale‑up, lifecycle management, and regulatory readiness</p></li></ul><p></p><p>This is a leadership role with strategic influence — combined with hands‑on operations.<br /><br /><b>What you bring</b><br />You are a confident people leader with a strong scientific mindset, capable of setting direction, developing experienced specialists, and driving impact in a regulated manufacturing environment. Besides this, you also bring<br /> </p><ul><li><p>Solid experience from GMP manufacturing within the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry, supported by a strong quality and regulatory mindset</p></li><li><p>A conceptual and abstract thinker who enjoys developing platform solutions and sustainable improvements across manufacturing technologies</p></li><li><p>Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with regulatory understanding across areas such as starting materials, filter and cleaning validation, and manufacturing process changes</p></li><li><p>Full proficiency in English is required – Danish is a plus.</p></li></ul><p><br /><b>Why this role</b><br />This is a unique opportunity to step into a hands‑on leadership role at the heart of manufacturing excellence.
