Position Summary:

The Senior Manager, HCP Marketing & Promotional Execution (Neuroscience) will serve as a key execution partner for personal promotion and field-facing brand activation across the COBENFY portfolio. Reporting to the Executive Director, HCP Marketing Strategy Lead, this role is responsible for translating brand strategy and core messaging into field-ready promotional experiences that drive HCP confidence, prescribing, and patient initiation.

This role contributes to a focused promotional approach for COBENFY, supporting field-ready execution that reflects customer needs and brand priorities. The ideal candidate is a commercially strong marketer with proven personal promotion experience, deep field partnership instincts, and the range to move fluidly between understanding strategic shifts and translating them into hands-on tactical delivery across outpatient and institutional customer environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Co-lead and contribute to the development and execution of personal promotion tactics across the COBENFY HCP portfolio, ensuring core messaging and brand strategy are consistently and compliantly translated into field-facing materials and experiences

• Partner with the AOR and cross-functional colleagues to develop and manage the full suite of field-facing promotional print materials, including visual aids and leave-behinds, recognizing the significant volume and complexity of this workstream across a dynamic portfolio

• Contribute to messaging architecture and brand story development as new clinical data emerges, ensuring field-facing materials reflect the most current and compelling narrative across customer settings
• Serve as a key marketing partner to the field organization, supporting strong messaging pull-through across customer-facing touchpoints and ensuring alignment between brand strategy and sales force execution

• Lead preparation and content development for POA field meetings, ensuring commercial strategy, brand priorities, and promotional tools are clearly communicated and actionable for field teams

• Facilitate monthly field engagement calls to pull through strategy updates, share performance insights, and maintain strong alignment between marketing and the field across both outpatient and institutional channels
• Co-create field training materials in close partnership with Sales Training, ensuring promotional frameworks, messaging platforms, and product knowledge content are translated into effective learning experiences

• Serve as the marketing voice in training development, ensuring clinical, competitive, and brand narrative content is accurate, compelling, and field-ready ahead of key milestones and throughout in-market execution

• Partner with Sales Training and Sales Leadership to ensure field teams are equipped and confident in deploying promotional materials across HCP interactions
• Contribute to and help shape annual and in-market tactical planning for HCP personal promotion, supporting a prioritized plan that aligns brand investment to the highest-impact field engagement opportunities across customer segments

• Manage AOR relationships and assigned promotional budgets with discipline, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery across assigned personal promotion workstreams

• Bring a performance mindset to tactical planning, using field feedback, engagement data, and market insights to continuously refine and improve promotional effectiveness
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Sales Leadership, Sales Training, HCP Marketing, DTC Marketing, Customer Experience, and Medical Affairs to ensure personal promotion is fully integrated into the broader commercial plan

• Serve as a key contributor to brand readiness planning, ensuring all personal promotion materials and field tools are review-ready and execution-ready ahead of activation

• Partner with Marketing Excellence to ensure all promotional materials and programs meet BMS review and approval standards

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• BA/BS required; MBA or advanced degree preferred

• 4+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology commercial experience with demonstrated accountability for HCP personal promotion, brand marketing, or field activation

• At least one full product cycle with hands-on experience developing and executing personal promotion programs from brand build through in-market activation

• Proven experience developing promotional assets and field-facing print materials in a specialty or CNS environment, with an appreciation for the volume and rigor required in a high-velocity specialty setting

• Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage AOR relationships, promotional budgets, and multiple tactical workstreams simultaneously

• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to align field, medical, and marketing stakeholders around a unified promotional strategy
• Neuroscience, CNS, or psychiatry therapeutic area experience strongly preferred

• Familiarity with both outpatient and institutional or hospital-based HCP engagement models

• Experience supporting brands or portfolios where promotional balance across customer segments is a strategic consideration

• Experience preparing and presenting at POA meetings and facilitating field engagement forums

• Familiarity with modular content ecosystems and Mosaic or similar platforms

• Working knowledge of promotional review processes, MLR submission requirements, and pharmaceutical promotional standards

• Comfort contributing to messaging architecture and brand storytelling in a data-driven, clinically complex environment

• Partner with field, medical, sales training, and agency teams to build promotional programs that reflect the full range of HCP and patient needs
• Anchor every tactical decision in the HCP's ability to identify, initiate, and support patients on appropriate therapy

Princeton - NJ - US: $137,290 - $166,366

The starting pay range(s) listed above is for full-time employees (FTE). You may also be eligible for additional discretionary incentive cash and stock opportunities. We determine starting pay thoughtfully – carefully considering the nature of the role, required skills, work location, schedule and the knowledge and experience you bring. Final compensation is guided by pay equity principles and applicable employment laws. Compensation programs are reviewed on an ongoing basis and may be adjusted over time to reflect evolving market factors, and individual, team or Company performance.

U.S.-based exempt employees are eligible for Flexible Time Off (FTO), which provides paid time off without a set accrual limit, subject to manager approval, along with 11 paid company holidays each year.

Non-exempt employees, RayzeBio employees, and employees located in Puerto Rico receive 160 hours of paid vacation annually for new hires (subject to manager approval), 11 paid company holidays, and 3 optional holidays.

Depending on eligibility, employees may also have access to additional time-off benefits, including paid sick leave, up to two paid volunteer days per year, summer hours flexibility, and leaves of absence for medical, personal, parental, caregiver, bereavement, or military needs. Eligible employees also enjoy an annual Global Shutdown between Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
