Then we would love to have you join us!</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2>The Role</h2><p>Genmab is seeking an experienced (Senior) Clinical Drug Supply Manager to join Global Clinical Drug Supply (GCDS) Manufacturing in Copenhagen or Princeton.<br />The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality clinical trial supplies for both early and late-stage trials. In addition, this position offers significant influence over the refinement of Genmab’s processes, both within the GCDS Manufacturing function and cross-functionally to ensure scalability.<br /><br />The (Senior) Clinical Drug Supply Manager will resolve complex operational challenges, lead strategic initiatives and mentor colleagues. A key focus of this role will be supporting team members through troubleshooting, problem-solving, and developing mitigation plans for complex issues related to packaging and labelling activities. This role requires balancing urgency and importance in a dynamic environment while serving as a positive role model for the team, by bringing a strong can-do attitude to drive solutions and inspire others.</p><p>The position reports to the Associate Director, Team Lead, Global Clinical Drug Supply Manufacturing based in Copenhagen.</p><p></p><h2>Responsibilities</h2><p>Responsibilities will be adjusted based on level of experience, and may include the following:</p><ul><li><p>Manage operational trial and project objectives related to packaging and labelling, providing proactive oversight to meet goals.</p></li><li><p>Oversee inspection readiness and ensure compliance with relevant GMP, GDP and GCP regulations.</p></li><li><p>Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful collaboration.</p></li><li><p>Supervise and monitor vendor performance, ensuring delivery aligns with timelines and SOW.</p></li><li><p>Provide direct support to team members in troubleshooting and problem resolution, ensuring effective development of mitigation plans for operational challenges.</p></li><li><p>Mentor and coach team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.</p></li><li><p>Lead complex GCDS Manufacturing projects within the area of clinical drug supply management.</p></li><li><p>Develop, maintain and implement SOPs for drug supply processes and manage cross-functional collaborations.</p></li></ul><p></p><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area (e.g., pharma, science, engineering, or supply chain management)</p></li><li><p>Minimum 3 years of experience at manager level, and minimum 6&#43; years’ experience for Senior Manager. Ideally demonstrated skills with global CMO vendor collaboration and oversight of clinical packaging and labelling activities.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects with an innovative and entrepreneurial mindset.</p></li><li><p>Collaborative, proactive, and goal-oriented team player who inspires colleagues while fostering strong relationships.</p></li><li><p>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.</p></li><li><p>Extensive knowledge of GMP, GDP, and GCP regulations.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>The Team</b></p><p>You will join a highly competent team focused on packaging and labelling clinical trial supplies, collaborating closely with the Global Clinical Drug Supply Execution team. Together with the Global Clinical Drug Supply Systems team and Global Clinical Drug Supply Strategy team, these four functions form the Global Clinical Drug Supply department.
