Senior Manager, Executive Recruitment - EMEA & APAC

As our Senior Manager, Executive Recruitment, you will shape and deliver end to end executive hiring across EMEA and APAC, supported by a sourcing resource you will line manage, while personally driving the search process at the most senior levels.</div><div></div><p></p><div></div><h3>What will you be doing?</h3><div>You will become a trusted partner to HR Business Partners and senior leaders across EMEA and APAC, acting as their advisor and subject matter expert on senior leadership hiring. This role is hands-on, where you will lead and deliver full lifecycle recruitment for Director and Senior Director roles, from taking a detailed brief to mapping the market, building long-term talent pipelines, managing the search process, providing insights and presenting high quality shortlists.</div><div></div><p></p><div></div><div>While you will manage a sourcer to support pipeline and research activity, you will personally drive executive level searches, engaging with candidates directly and providing guidance throughout the process to ensure a smooth, transparent and engaging experience. You will work closely with colleagues across Reward, Legal and Global Mobility to align complex hiring requirements and ensure every appointment is well executed.</div><div></div><p></p><div></div><h3>What will you need to be successful?</h3><div>Success in this role comes from your ability to balance strategic influence with hands-on delivery. You will enjoy working at pace, building trust with senior leaders and bringing a thoughtful, proactive approach to identifying and engaging exceptional leadership talent.</div><div>You will bring:</div><div></div><p></p><div>• Strong experience delivering end to end executive recruitment, ideally across multiple regions such as EMEA and APAC<br />• Demonstrated capability in proactive, search-led sourcing, with the confidence to engage senior candidates directly<br />• Experience managing or guiding sourcing resources, while remaining accountable for personal delivery at executive level<br />• The ability to influence, challenge and advise senior stakeholders with clarity, credibility and a market-informed perspective</div><p></p><div></div><div><p><b>You.
