R75906 Senior Manager, Digital Commerce
Location: Hyderabad, India
Intro Summary of the Role
The Senior Manager, Digital Commerce (Technical Product Owner) owns the technical product strategy and delivery for the digital commerce platform, with a strong focus on enterprise integrations, including PunchOut and EDI. This role is responsible for translating complex business and operational needs into scalable technical solutions, overseeing business analysis activities, and ensuring high‑quality execution across integrated systems.
Acting as the technical product owner, the role partners closely with engineering, IT, and external partners to manage the product roadmap, backlog, and delivery of integrations that support B2B customer workflows. The role operates at both a strategic level—shaping integration strategy and platform evolution—and a hands‑on level—guiding requirements, prioritizing backlog items, and ensuring successful end‑to‑end delivery.
What You Will Do
Product Roadmap Ownership
Own and maintain the digital commerce product and integration roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities, customer needs, and technical dependencies across PunchOut, EDI, ERP, and commerce platforms.
Continuously refine the roadmap and backlog based on business value, delivery learnings, integration complexity, and stakeholder feedback, making informed trade‑off decisions where required.
Business & Cross‑Functional Liaison
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders (Sales, Customer Service, Commercial Operations) and technical teams (Engineering, IT, Integration partners) to ensure alignment on scope, priorities, and delivery outcomes.
Facilitate cross‑functional discussions to gather requirements, clarify integration impacts, manage dependencies, and ensure shared understanding across teams.
Translate business objectives and operational workflows into clear, actionable requirements and user stories, ensuring technical feasibility and end‑to‑end integration readiness.
Integration‑Focused Delivery & Governance
Lead cross‑functional planning and delivery for PunchOut and EDI initiatives, coordinating across internal teams and external partners to ensure predictable, high‑quality execution against the roadmap.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on roadmap progress, risks, dependencies, and timelines, proactively managing expectations and escalation where needed.
Agile Delivery & Governance
Manage and prioritize the product backlog, making trade‑off decisions based on business value, technical complexity, and integration impact.
Participate in and lead Agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
Support release planning and deployment readiness for integration‑heavy deliveries.
Business Analysis Oversight
Oversee and guide business analysis activities, ensuring requirements are complete, testable, and technically feasible, and providing final approval on scope, prioritization, and acceptance.
Ensure strong BA practices across documentation, process flows, and integration requirements.
