This position is responsible for leading the development and execution of comprehensive downstream marketing strategies, plans, and forecasts for a portfolio of medical devices. The Senior Marketing Manager provides strategic direction, drives growth initiatives, and serves as a key commercial partner across cross-functional teams, with a focus on embolization, biopsy, and drainage procedure devices.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PERFORMED
1. Leads the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies, plans, and long-range forecasts for assigned product portfolios.
2. Directs advanced market research activities, including the collection, synthesis, and interpretation of industry trends, medical procedures, competitive dynamics, and customer insights.
3. Identifies new markets, indications, and growth opportunities and translates insights into strategic business plans and commercialization recommendations.
4. Owns portfolio-level product marketing responsibilities, including new product launches, customer and patient education, KOL development and management, and major marketing campaigns.
5. Partners with Marketing Communications and Brand to define messaging strategy and oversee the development of high-impact promotional materials, campaigns, and educational assets across print and digital media.
6. Provides leadership and mentorship to marketing team members; may directly manage employees by interviewing, hiring, assigning work, training, evaluating performance, and supporting professional development.
7. Acts as a subject matter expert to Sales and cross-functional teams; addresses complex product, market, and competitive questions from internal stakeholders.
8. Leads budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities related to marketing programs and portfolio initiatives.
9. Collaborates closely with Sales, Product Management, Internal Marketing, Clinical, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory teams to ensure alignment between customer needs, product strategy, and commercial execution.

SUMMARY OF MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Education and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field and eight or more years of progressively responsible marketing experience; medical device or healthcare experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and lead marketing strategy with measurable business impact.
• Advanced analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, influence cross-functional teams, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Advanced computer skills, including spreadsheets, word processing, databases, and other applicable software programs.
• Demonstrated expertise in preparing and delivering professional written and oral presentations, business cases, and market analyses.
• Extensive experience conducting and interpreting market research with a high degree of rigor, validity, and reliability.
• Worldwide/global marketing experience strongly preferred.
