Overview:
The Oncology platform is a key business of the Peripheral Intervention (PI) business unit. Offering a comprehensive portfolio that includes market leading products such as Biopsy, Ports, and Drainage solutions, Oncology is dedicated to delivering operational excellence worldwide.
The Marketing Operations function serves as a critical link—bridging customer insights into actionable strategies that drive operational effectiveness and prioritization. This Sr. Manager will lead a team dedicated to marketing operational excellence across global commercial teams. This is an exciting new role within the Oncology platform, and this person will work with the Director of Marketing to stand up this new pillar.
Success in this role requires strong collaboration with product marketing, supply chain, manufacturing, and other cross-functional partners to drive alignment and results. The ideal candidate is a team‑oriented, proactive leader who excels at cross‑functional communication and has experience supporting operational excellence, product lifecycle management, and process improvement.
This role is pivotal in aligning operational activity with commercial goals and enabling scalable, sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Representative for Business Planning Initiatives
Life-Cycle Management Initiatives
Lead the oncology obsolescence process, owning the end-to-end workflow from proposal intake to execution.
Triage and adjudicate obsolescence proposals, ensuring timely and strategic decision-making.
Work with commercial product marketers to manage SKU and product family transitions with minimal disruption.
Change Control Projects (CCP)
Represent the Oncology Platform in CCP initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and seamless operational execution.
Partner with product marketers to manage prioritization and voice of customer
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required preferably with a focus in marketing, Business, Supply Chain or a technical field
MBA preferred
