The AI/ML Engineer exists to design, build, deploy, and improve machine learning and AI solutions that solve business problems and create measurable value through better decision-making, automation, and customer outcomes. This role works across the Azure platform to develop scalable, production-ready AI/ML services, combining data engineering, model development, deployment, and operational support.
The role operates at a hands-on professional level, balancing technical delivery with experimentation, solution design, and continuous improvement. It works closely with product, data, architecture, and business teams to ensure AI/ML capabilities are practical, secure, maintainable, and aligned to business priorities.

What You Will Do
Designs and delivers AI/ML solutions on Azure aligned to business needs, incorporating exploratory data analysis and insight generation.
Builds production-ready pipelines, services, APIs, and integrations for reliable deployment, consumption, and monitoring in live environments.
Develops models and algorithms for prediction, classification, recommendation, forecasting, and insight generation.
Sources, cleans, transforms, analyzes, and validates data, including feature engineering, to ensure quality, usability, traceability, and meaningful interpretation.
Implements training, evaluation, tuning, and statistical validation, including experimentation where appropriate, to improve performance, reliability, and relevance.
Deploys AI/ML solutions on Azure, ensuring scalability, security, and operational robustness.
Monitors models for accuracy, drift, usage, cost, and business impact, optimizing performance and continuously refining outcomes.
Integrates AI/ML capabilities into applications, data platforms, and workflows, including LLM-based and lightweight agentic components where applicable.
Designs intelligent automation frameworks using LLMs, including agentic workflows and data-driven decisioning to streamline complex processes.
Collaborates cross-functionally to translate requirements into AI/ML solutions, analytical insights, and delivery plans.
Applies engineering, governance, security, and responsible AI standards to ensure compliant, explainable, and maintainable solutions.
What We Are Looking For
Data Accuracy and Integrity
Consistently maintain high-quality, accurate, and reliable data across commercial systems and platforms.
Experience with Salesforce (SFDC)
Intermediate hands-on Salesforce CRM expertise to effectively manage commercial data and workflows.
Proficiency with ERP Systems (SAP)
Familiarity and practical experience in SAP ERP to seamlessly support business operations and integration with Salesforce and other tools.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Demonstrated capability to collaborate effectively with various internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, IT, Finance) to optimize data management processes.
Data Governance Implementation
Ability to establish, implement, and consistently enforce data governance policies, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and best practices.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
Strong analytical abilities, capable of evaluating complex data, identifying trends, diagnosing issues, and recommending effective solutions.
Process Improvement and Documentation
Skilled in identifying operational improvement opportunities, designing efficient workflows, and clearly documenting standardized procedures.
Effective Communication Skills
Excellent communication, including translating data insights and technical information into clear, concise recommendations for diverse stakeholders.
Commercial Operations and Reporting
Capacity to produce accurate, timely, and insightful reports, dashboards, and analyses that inform commercial strategy and decision-making.
Proactive and Organized Work Approach
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, operate independently, manage workload effectively, and proactively address operational and data quality issues within a fast-paced environment.
Technical Proficiency:
