<p style="text-align:left">Job Description</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p>We are looking for a highly skilled<span> </span><b>Senior Logistics Sales Support Specialist</b><span> </span>to join our Supply Chain &amp; Logistics team. In this role you will act as a key link between logistics, sales and customer service. You will own contract and pricing management, support demand and supply planning, and ensure an excellent, continuously improving customer experience.</p><p>You will be part of the team responsible for demand planning, material procurement, production planning, inventory control, outsourcing, vendor selection and distribution, with a specific focus on<span> </span><b>customer service and sales support</b>. A major part of your responsibility will be<span> </span><b>managing contracts and maintaining pricing on a quarterly basis</b>.</p><p>You will also play a central role in developing and implementing best practices in logistics and customer service, and in driving knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the L&amp;D team.</p><p></p><p><b>Key responsibilities:</b></p><p></p><p>Sales Support</p><ul><li>Manage sales contracts, including daily administration, monitoring and reporting.</li><li>Ensure regular and effective communication with the sales team.</li><li>Support sales operations through order processing, pricing and invoicing in<span> </span><b>SAP</b>.</li><li>Ensure accurate tender customer and master data management.</li><li>Coordinate and execute pricing and tender-related activities.</li><li>Administer discounts and rebates, including calculation of returns and paybacks.</li></ul><p></p><p>Demand Planning</p><ul><li>Monitor the flow of goods (outbound deliveries/domestic replenishment deliveries) to support business plans and ensure appropriate stock levels.</li><li>Proactively communicate market changes to planners and business stakeholders; support the development of mitigation plans to reduce out-of-stock risk.</li><li>Compare demand forecasts and budgets at partner level.</li><li>Provide expertise on forecast accuracy and adherence to plan, highlighting impacts on stock levels and potential out-of-stocks.</li></ul><p></p><p>Supply Planning &amp; Stock Management</p><ul><li>Monitor and provide expertise on stock levels (overstock, low stock, slow-moving stock) and product expiry dates.</li><li>Prepare data for IQV/HARP for Poland (all domestic storage locations/plants) and act as subject matter expert in this area.</li><li>Monitor logistics parameters/data on the ePlatform on behalf of HU L&amp;D.</li><li>Place fill-up orders for manually ordered products when needed to maintain sufficient stock levels.</li><li>Actively cooperate with the L&amp;D team to maintain optimal in-market stock.</li></ul><p></p><p>Warehouse Management</p><ul><li>Provide expertise in L&amp;D areas and promote best practices.</li><li>Ensure proper communication with the warehouse regarding customer shipments and issuance of delivery notes.</li><li>React appropriately to incidents such as under-delivery, over-delivery and damages.</li><li>Participate in annual stock-taking activities.</li></ul><p></p><p>Reporting</p><ul><li>Prepare and submit predefined monthly/weekly reports (e.g. goods flow, inventory levels, overstock, out-of-stock, lost sales, backorders, obsolete items).</li><li>Provide subject matter expertise that supports data-driven decision‑making across the organization.</li><li>Monitor and report on commitments specified in annual tender contracts to the sales team.</li></ul><p></p><p>Customer Support</p><ul><li>Manage sales-related claims, complaints and operational issues in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Act as an expert in customer service, drive improvements, and promote a knowledge‑sharing culture within the team.</li><li>Deliver timely customer service via email, phone, face‑to‑face and live chat.</li><li>Communicate customer feedback to relevant teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience.</li><li>Cooperate with internal stakeholders on the maintenance and development of the e‑commerce platform.</li><li>Provide customers with all relevant sales information (e.g. out-of-stocks, price lists, sales performance, promotions).</li><li>Receive customer orders and support end-to-end order booking and shipment preparation (incl. allocation checking with NSM).</li><li>Send order confirmations, including out-of-stock and next-availability information.</li><li>Handle customer complaints not related to active ingredients, liaising with CORA, NSM and BU as needed.</li><li>Archive and document commercial agreements and special deals (including calculation of returns and paybacks).</li><li>Develop and maintain strong customer focus to maximize satisfaction.</li></ul><p></p><p>Systems &amp; Continuous Improvement</p><ul><li>Provide expertise in L&amp;D areas and drive continuous improvements within the scope of L&amp;D responsibilities.</li><li>Promote a culture of knowledge sharing within the team (incl. identifying the right internal stakeholders, organizing trainings, preparing guidelines/manuals).</li><li>Create and maintain new customer accounts.</li><li>Fulfil additional tasks as assigned.</li><li>Work toward and achieve the objectives of your individual development plan.</li><li>Identify and implement improvements to working practices and procedures to enhance efficiency, cost‑effectiveness and productivity.</li><li>Identify opportunities and make recommendations that contribute to the continuous improvement of decisions and processes.</li></ul><p></p><p>Compliance</p><ul><li>Ensure that all activities are fully aligned with compliance requirements and the company’s Code of Conduct, including vendor management.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications &amp; Experience:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum<span> </span><b>5 years of experience</b><span> </span>in a relevant role in a multinational company.</li><li>Strong background in logistics, customer service and/or sales support.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Skills &amp;
