We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role under the Home Office restrictions.</strong></p><p><strong>Why join us?</strong></p><ul><li><p>The opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company which is changing lives, giving you the skills and experience to develop your career.</p></li><li><p>A generous salary package – we reward our people at the level they deserve.</p></li><li><p>31 days of annual leave, plus 4 public holidays which increases with tenure.</p></li><li><p>A competitive company pension scheme to help you save for the future.</p></li><li><p>Group Life Cover – you are automatically covered for three times your basic salary to give you and your family peace of mind.</p></li><li><p>Private healthcare and access to mental health/wellbeing support as your health and wellbeing means a lot to us.</p></li><li><p>Flexible benefits such as retail discounts and access to the Cycle2Work scheme.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Your new role</strong></p><ul><li><p>An exciting opportunity for a <strong>Senior Logistics Associate</strong> to join our <strong>Supply Chain & Logistics </strong>team.</p></li><li><p>You’ll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring seamless coordination with RoslinCT’s Manufacturing, Quality Control and Quality Assurance departments.</p></li><li><p>Performing GMP-compliant goods receipt, material movement, storage and documentation according to SOPs.</p></li><li><p>Handling cryogenic materials, including safe LN₂ operations, dry shipper preparation, vessel monitoring and accurate record-keeping.</p></li><li><p>Coordinating domestic and international shipments, including cold-chain and LN₂-dependent movements.</p></li><li><p>Liaising with carriers, freight forwarders, and custom brokers to support smooth import/export processes.</p></li><li><p>Managing inventory accuracy through stock checks, cycle counts and reconciliation.</p></li><li><p>Maintaining strong relationships with external suppliers and logistics partners.</p></li></ul><p><strong>About you</strong></p><ul><li><p>3+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations. Experience working in a GMP or pharmaceutical environment would be desirable.</p></li><li><p>Prior experience handling cryogenic materials, including LN₂ storage, dry shippers, and safety procedures.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of inventory management, temperature-controlled logistics, and material traceability.</p></li><li><p>Competent using logistics and inventory management systems.</p></li><li><p>Exceptional communication and collaborative skills, particularly with external suppliers and RoslinCT employees across departments.</p></li><li><p>Excellent problem-solving, organisational and analytical skills.</p></li><li><p>A determination to continually develop and improve standards to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risk.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><p>A degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
