Working with business unit leaders and engineering leaders on the capacity strategy. 负责工厂生产容量规划。与各业务部门领导和工程领导共同制定容量策略。</p></li><li><p>Drive the accuracy of manufacturing base data, for example cycle time. 提高生产基本数据的精确度&#xff0c;例如周期时间。</p></li><li><p>Set up the network with Stryker other sites for the collaborative learning and best practices sharing so to leverage expertise within Stryker community. 与史赛克其他分公司共同建立交流网络&#xff0c;用于合作学习和分享最佳实践&#xff0c;使专业知识技术在史赛克团体中流转学习。</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>REQUIRED/DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS 任职资格&#xff1a;</b></p><ul><li><p>B.S. in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 土木工程、机械工程或电气工程专业理学士。</p></li><li><p>Black Belt certification is a plus. 优先考虑有黑带证书者。</p></li><li><p>Master Degree desired. 优先考虑有硕士学位者。</p></li><li><p>5&#43; years manufacturing experience preferred. 5年以上制造经验者优先考虑。</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Fully understand and be able to apply, enforce, comply and meet all GMP standards and quality requirements. 充分理解&#xff0c;并且有能力运用、执行、遵守和满足所有GMP标准和质量要求。</p></li><li><p>Expert on lean tools concepts, including but not limited to 5S, Visual Management, TPM, VSM, Pull system. 精通精益生产工具概念&#xff0c;包括但并不仅限于5S&#xff0c;可视化管理&#xff0c;TPM&#xff0c;VSM&#xff0c;拉动系统。</p></li><li><p>EHS knowledge.
