Description

The Senior Lab Technician is a key member of the Clinical Development Team and collaborator with the broader R&D group at Capstan Medical. Responsibilities include maintaining lab equipment calibration, supporting test scheduling, organizing lab supplies, improving audio-visual systems, implementing safety protocols, providing training, executing testing methods, coordinating resources, and communicating improvements. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and familiarity with regulatory practices and a Quality System in a regulated industry.

Requirements

5 to 15 years of relevant experience (regulated industry or medical experience preferred), strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational enthusiasm, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), hands-on prototyping and troubleshooting capabilities, and the ability to work within a regulated Quality System.
