As a Senior IP Counsel in the General Licensing team, you’ll have the opportunity to create maximum value from our Philips IP portfolio through licensing and other commercial IP-based activities. You will participate in the conception and execution of appropriate IP strategies. You will also support and handle IP matters in a wide range of collaborations with third parties and litigation
You will become part of an international community of IP professionals with wide-ranging technical backgrounds and IP experience. The IP&S team will offer excellent opportunities for your further development as an IP Counsel and professional networking. The position is open for our office in Eindhoven (NL).

Compensation & benefits
Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is EUR 93,000 - EUR 155,000. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations.
This role is eligible for 6% short term incentive with your rewards linked to both individual performance and company results. We’ll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision. We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
