Senior Inhouse Consultant Operations Excellence & Transformation (x|f|m)

We are looking for a Senior Inhouse Consultant Operations Excellence & Transformation at Sartorius Corporate Administration GmbH.
In this role, you will drive complex transformation initiatives across our global operations environment, translating strategy into execution and delivering measurable impact across manufacturing, supply chain, and business processes. 

This position is available for either full-time. It is a hybrid role requiring some days on site at our headquarters in Göttingen with the opportunity to work some days remotely.

Grow with us – Your Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives across Operations, Supply Chain and IT – from assessment to implementation 

• Drive the execution of digital, automation and AI-enabled initiatives within global manufacturing environments 

• Translate strategic priorities into scalable processes, operating models and measurable KPIs 

• Take ownership for implementation success – including work within global sites and operational environments 

• Collaborate closely with business functions to ensure sustainable adoption of new processes and technologies 

• Develop business cases and track value realization throughout the transformation lifecycle 

• Align stakeholders across functions and support decision-making at senior levels 

 What will convince us

• A successfully completed degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration

• Proven experience of several years in management consulting or as an in-house consultant, with a focus on transformation, operational processes, or process optimization

• A proven track record of successfully implementing transformation initiatives in corporate environments

• Strong execution skills—from concept development through to implementation

• Experience with initiatives in the areas of digital transformation, automation, or AI

• A hands-on approach and the ability to drive change within organizations

• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate across functions

• Very good English skills; German skills are a plus
