Senior Inhouse Consultant Global Enterprise Transformation (x|f|m)

We are looking for a Senior Inhouse Consultant Global Enterprise Transformation at Sartorius Corporate Administration GmbH.
Drive enterprise-wide transformation at scale. You will lead large-scale transformation programs across our global operations network – combining strategic perspective with direct responsibility for execution and long-term impact. 
As part of our transformation taskforce, you will act as a key driver of enterprise transformation, closely collaborating with senior leadership and shaping the future of our global operations landscape. 

This position is available for either full-time. It is a hybrid role requiring some days on site at
our headquarters in Göttingen with the opportunity to work some days remotely.

Grow with us – Your Responsibilities

• Lead and orchestrate enterprise-wide transformation programs across Operations, Supply Chain, IT and beyond 

• Define and drive global transformation roadmaps with direct visibility at executive level 

• Translate strategic priorities into scalable operating models, governance structures and measurable KPIs 

• Act as a trusted sparring partner for senior leadership and support decision-making on transformation priorities 

• Manage complex, cross-functional programs including governance, stakeholder alignment and value tracking 

• Drive the implementation of digital, automation and AI-enabled initiatives across global manufacturing environments 

• Ensure sustainable adoption and long-term impact of transformation initiatives within the organization 

What will convince us

• A successfully completed degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration

• Extensive professional experience at a leading consulting firm or in comparable in-house roles with a strong focus on transformation

• Experience at the Senior Manager/Principal level

• A proven track record of success in leading large-scale, global transformation programs

• A strong combination of strategic thinking and implementation experience

• In-depth knowledge of operations, manufacturing, or supply chain

• Experience with digital transformation, automation, or AI-driven initiatives

• Strong executive-level communication skills and experience advising C-suite executives

• Excellent English skills; German skills are a plus
