This role is a critical execution partner to the Senior Director, HR and is responsible for ensuring that core people processes—recruiting logistics, onboarding and offboarding, HR administration, leave management, HR compliance operations, and employee support—run accurately, consistently, and in compliance with public-company and regulated-environment requirements. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who thrives in a dynamic and lean environment, brings strong operational judgment, and can independently manage multiple workstreams while
