This role will consult with local managers and supervisors on people processes and procedures, provide guidance on employee relations matters and work to ensure standards for human resources service delivery. Depending on site, may also serve as an administrator for HRIS point of service data integrity.</span></p><p></p><p><b>Primary Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Fully deploy and execute human resources cycle processes and special programs for the assigned business(es) and/or location(s), providing guidance for local managers and supervisors</li><li>Serves as a local subject matter expert on Novanta annual cycle processes to insure effective deployment and achievement of organizational goals and objectives. Providing guidance and coaching to local managers and supervisors.</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate information and data flow into HRIS system to drive SOX and functional compliance and overall HR data integrity</li><li>Effectively coordinates and executes human resources processes and programs to ensure human resources service delivery standards to employees are met.
