<h2><b>Career Category</b></h2>Compliance<h2></h2><h2><b>Job Description</b></h2><p>The Senior Associate Compliance helps to p<span>romote and support adherence to all Healthcare<span> </span>Compliance requirements (internal and external) internationally and globally.</span></p><p></p><p><b>Responsible for:</b></p><div><span><span>•</span></span><span>Gathering documentation and supporting with identifying potential areas of improvement, opportunity and risk.<span> </span>Providing feedback, tracking and participating in improvement actions<span> </span></span></div><div><span><span>•</span></span><span>Supporting JAPAC affiliate staff to accomplish healthcare compliance initiatives and goals and be an advocate for compliance within the business </span></div><div><span><span>•</span></span><span>Championing compliance best practices of the organization</span></div><div><span><span>•</span></span><span>Demonstrating knowledge of compliance objectives and processes that impact compliance training</span></div><div><span><span>•</span></span><span>Understands the business priorities and is an advocate for compliance within the business</span></div><div><span><span>•</span></span><span>Working collaboratively with the Training and System team to address local needs </span></div><div></div><div><p><b><span> </span>KEY ACTIVITIES</b></p><div><span><span>•</span></span><span>Acts as the primary point of contact to support the JAPAC region</span></div><div><span><span>•</span></span><span>Works closely with manager and other single points of contacts to support alignment internationally and globally</span></div><div><span><span>•</span></span><span>Provides support during the development and implementation of healthcare compliance programs globally, including FMV and the Country Requirements Overview support for the JAPAC region</span></div><div><span><span>•</span></span><span>Supports CDOCS and LMS subject matter experts</span></div><div><span><span>•</span></span><span>Gathers documentation and supports with identifying potential areas of improvement, opportunity and risk</span></div><div><span><span>•</span></span><span>Supports JAPAC affiliate staff to accomplish healthcare compliance initiatives and goals and be an advocate for compliance best practices within the business</span></div><div><span><span>•</span></span><span>Assists in the development, review, implementation and administration of healthcare compliance programs, policies, standard operating procedures, tools, systems, job aids and trainings</span></div><div><span><span>•</span></span><span>Understands the business and compliance priorities and aligns individual priorities accordingly</span></div><div><span><span>•</span></span><span>Works collaboratively with the Training and System team to address local needs</span></div><p></p><p><b>QUALIFICATIONS / EXPEREINCE</b></p><div><span><span>•</span></span><span>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a Life Sciences, Business, or related discipline</span></div><div><span><span>•</span></span><span>Fluency in English </span></div><div><span><span>•</span></span><span>Additional languages preferred</span></div><div><span><span>•</span></span><span>Preferred experience working globally</span></div><div><span><span>•</span></span><span>Compliance awareness/experience</span></div><div><span><span>•</span></span><span>Working with cross-functional teams</span></div><div><span><span>•</span></span><span>Strong oral and written communication skills</span></div><div><span><span>•</span></span><span>Project coordination and administration </span></div><div><span><span>•</span></span><span>Technology proficient i.e. SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps</span></div></div><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>.
