<p><b>Job Title:</b></p><p><b>Senior Health Representative (Vaccines)</b></p><p><b>Division:</b><br />Vaccines</p><p><b>Reports to:</b><br />Health Representative Manager</p><p><b>Positions: 2</b><br /><br /></p><p><b>Location: Karachi</b><br /><br /></p><p><b>ROLE SUMMARY</b></p><p>The Senior Health Representative – Vaccines is responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on marketing and sales strategies for the assigned vaccines portfolio, with a key focus on supporting the launch of a <b>new maternal vaccine</b> in Pakistan.</p><p>This role requires <b>strong scientific knowledge, disease understanding, and consultative engagement capabilities</b>, as <b>maternal vaccination is a low‑awareness area in Pakistan</b>. The incumbent will play an important role in <b>building awareness, confidence, and advocacy</b> for maternal immunization through high‑quality, compliant scientific interactions with healthcare professionals.</p><p>All activities must be conducted in full compliance with company policies, SOPs, Pfizer values, and global guidelines (including MAPP and FCPA), as appropriate.</p><p><b>ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p><p><b>Business, Launch & Scientific Execution</b></p><p>Responsible for achieving business and revenue objectives of the assigned vaccines portfolio by:</p><ul><li><p>Delivering <b>professional, high‑quality, and scientifically sound product discussions</b> with targeted healthcare professionals in the assigned territory</p></li><li><p>Communicating <b>disease burden, maternal immunization concepts, and vaccine science</b> in a clear, evidence‑based, and compliant manner</p></li><li><p>Supporting the <b>successful launch and uptake of a new maternal vaccine</b> through focused pre‑launch and post‑launch execution</p></li><li><p>Positioning vaccination as part of a <b>broader maternal and infant health conversation</b>, beyond product promotion</p></li></ul><p><b>Customer Engagement & Territory Management</b></p><ul><li><p>Plan and conduct effective <b>customer engagement activities</b> with:</p><ul><li><p>Obstetricians & Gynecologists</p></li><li><p>Pediatricians</p></li><li><p>Neonatologists</p></li><li><p>Relevant hospital‑based and institutional stakeholders</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Develop and execute <b>structured weekly and monthly call plans</b> to optimize customer coverage and quality of engagement</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer records and call activity reporting through <b>Veeva CRM</b></p></li></ul><p><b>Scientific Knowledge & Capability Building</b></p><ul><li><p>Build and maintain strong knowledge of:</p><ul><li><p>Vaccine science and immunology</p></li><li><p>Maternal and infant health pathways</p></li><li><p>Product profile and competitive landscape</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Confidently address questions, concerns, and misconceptions related to <b>maternal vaccination</b> using approved scientific content</p></li></ul><p><b>Insights & Cross‑Functional Collaboration</b></p><ul><li><p>Gather and share <b>high‑quality market and field insights</b> related to:</p><ul><li><p>Customer perceptions and attitudes toward maternal vaccination</p></li><li><p>Institutional dynamics and decision‑making pathways</p></li><li><p>Adoption barriers and growth opportunities</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Provide regular feedback to the Health Representative Manager, Country Brand Manager, and Commercial Field Coordinator to support strategy refinement</p></li></ul><p><b>Compliance & Governance</b></p><ul><li><p>Ensure all promotional and engagement activities are aligned with:</p><ul><li><p>Pfizer policies and SOPs</p></li><li><p>Ethical promotion standards</p></li><li><p>Local and global compliance requirements</p></li></ul></li></ul><p><b>Mobility & Flexibility</b></p><ul><li><p>Willingness to travel frequently as per business needs</p></li><li><p>Willingness to relocate if required by business priorities</p></li></ul><p><b>ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION</b></p><ul><li><p>Minimum <b>Graduate</b></p></li><li><p><b>Science Graduate or Pharm D</b> preferred</p></li></ul><p><b>PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE</b></p><ul><li><p>Minimum <b>2–3 years</b> of experience in pharmaceutical sales</p></li><li><p>Prior experience in <b>vaccines, hospital‑based products, or specialty care</b> preferred</p></li></ul><p><b>SKILLS & COMPETENCIES</b></p><ul><li><p>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</p></li><li><p><b>Sound understanding of Pharmacology, Pathology, and Physiology</b>, with the ability to learn complex scientific concepts</p></li><li><p>Ability to conduct <b>structured, confident, and impactful scientific presentations</b></p></li><li><p>Strong analytical, planning, and territory management skills</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in <b>MS Office and CRM systems</b></p></li><li><p>High learning agility and comfort working in <b>new and low‑awareness therapeutic areas</b></p></li></ul><p> </p> <br> <br><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Pfizer is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable equal employment opportunity legislation in each jurisdiction in which it operates.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Sales<p></p><p></p>
