<p><b>Job Title: Sr. Health Representative (Oncology)</b></p><p><b>Division: Oncology</b></p><p><b>Report to:</b> <b>Health Rep Manager</b></p><p><b>Positions:</b> <b>01</b></p><p><b>Locations: KARACHI</b></p><p><b><u>ROLE SUMMARY</u></b></p><p>Responsible for planning, implementing and follow up of marketing and sales strategies / tactics of assigned brands portfolio. Responsible for product details to HCPs of assigned territory and achieve revenue & KPIs objectives. Ensures that all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and SOPs, Pfizer values, and global guidelines (including MAPP, FCPA), as appropriate.</p><p> </p><p><b><u>ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:</u></b></p><p><b>Responsible for the business/revenue targets of assigned product portfolio by:</b></p><ul><li><p>Making professional & skillful in chamber presentations/detailing to targeted doctors of the assigned territory for business generation.</p></li><li><p>Plan & conduct customer engagement activities.</p></li><li><p>Ensuring adequate knowledge of the products and their competition to establish & communicate the benefit of products to customers/users.</p></li><li><p>Updating doctors/chemists contact records list as & when needed with the consent of Category Lead and maintains all call records accordingly through Veeva system.</p></li><li><p>Preparing weekly and monthly call plans and properly follow it to improve customer coverage as per defined KPIs.</p></li><li><p>Responsible for gathering market insights in assigned geographical areas and provide feedback to HRM/Country Brand Manager/ CFC Lead for marketing strategies.</p></li><li><p>Ready to travel frequently as per business need.</p></li><li><p>Willingness to relocate as per business need.</p></li></ul><p> </p><p><b><u>Academic Qualification:</u></b></p><p> </p><p><span>· Minimum Science Graduate & Pharm D will be Preferred</span></p><p> </p><p><b><u>Professional Experience:</u></b></p><p> </p><ul><li><p><span>Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical Sales.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience of <b>Oncology</b> will be preferred</span></p></li></ul><p> </p><p><b><u>Skills & Competencies:</u></b></p><p> </p><ul><li><p>Strong communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Basic Knowledge of Pharmacology, Pathology & Physiology.</p></li><li><p>Powerful Presentation Skills.</p></li><li><p>Computer skills including MS office.</p></li><li><p>Analytical Approach.</p></li></ul> <br>Work Location Assignment: Remote - Field Based<br><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Pfizer is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable equal employment opportunity legislation in each jurisdiction in which it operates.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Sales<p></p><p></p>
