Senior Health Economics Associate (Evidence Evaluation)

We take our work personally, we do it with empathy and we&#39;re committed to making a difference.</p><p></p><p></p><h2>Join our Evidence Evaluation team to execute end-to-end Systematic Literature Reviews (SLRs) and produce high-quality evidence deliverables including reports, manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and slide decks. Work under Project Leads/Technical SMEs to deliver client-ready outputs and support project management and business development activities.</h2><h2></h2><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><p></p><h3>1) Evidence Generation &amp; Deliverables</h3><ul><li>Deliver/lead SLR steps such as screening, data extraction, protocol design, and quantitative feasibility.</li><li>Develop SLR deliverables such as systematic review reports, slide decks, manuscripts, abstracts, and posters.</li></ul><p></p><h3>2) Project Execution &amp; Quality</h3><ul><li>Work effectively independently and within a team under guidance from Project Leads/Managers.</li><li>Prioritize tasks, align with managers, and deliver high-quality, client-ready work.</li><li>Seek continuous feedback and improve performance.</li></ul><p></p><h3>3) Consulting &amp; Client Relationship Management</h3><ul><li>Follow and implement organizational consulting models and methodologies.</li><li>Understand scope, objectives, and profitability factors; identify issues and propose solutions.</li><li>Interact professionally with all levels within the client organization; support presentations with senior guidance.</li></ul><p></p><h3>4) Project Management Support</h3><ul><li>Support Project Leads with project management tasks and customize deliverables as required.</li></ul><p></p><h3>5) Business Development</h3><ul><li>Support the creation of HEOR proposals for Managers/Directors.</li><li>Identify potential new business leads and maintain relationships with industry contacts.</li></ul><p></p><h3>6) Organizational Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Meet scorecard metrics and complete core responsibilities (timesheets, expenses, CV updates, archiving).</li><li>Participate in internal initiatives and mentoring as requested.</li><li>Pursue self-development activities to stay current in the industry.</li></ul><h2></h2><h2>Education</h2><ul><li>Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in a Scientific or Technical discipline.</li><li>Preferred: Master’s in Life Sciences/MBBS/BDS/PhD (&gt;3 years of experience).</li><li>Ideal: Postgraduate degree in COA-related fields (Psychology, Social Science, Anthropology).</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Experience</b></p><ul><li>Advanced degree holders should have &gt;3 years of relevant experience (HEOR/SLR).</li></ul><h2></h2><h2><b><span>Skills &amp; Competencies</span></b></h2><ul><li>Client focus and results orientation.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and intercultural communication; fluent written and spoken English.</li><li>Strong teamwork and ability to work independently within scope.</li><li>Problem-solving mindset with the ability to propose solutions.</li></ul>
