Main responsibilities:
The overall purpose and main responsibilities are listed below:
Design and produce high‑quality scientific and medical communication deliverables, including: Medical training and educational videos, Quarterly insight videos and explainer videos, Infographic animations and video publication articles, Video editing, audio editing, and noise reduction, Promotional videos, animated icons, and motion graphics, PowerPoint slide decks (static and interactive), Scientific posters, redrawing scientific images, and data visualizations, Infographics, newsletters, emailers, flyers, brochures, and handouts, On‑site video recording during medical congress events, symposia, advisory boards, and capturing live interviews with scientific experts
People:
Maintain effective working relationships with the Graphic Studio team, Scientific Writers, and global stakeholders to ensure scientific communication materials meet expectations.
Collaborate smoothly within the team and cross‑functional units.
Performance:
Deliver business‑critical publication materials with high quality and adherence to brand and scientific guidelines.
Support digital and interactive deliverables such as e-learning, newsletters, patient education materials, posters, and reports.
Ensure timely delivery, accuracy, and strong visual execution across all assigned projects.
Process:
Collaborate with graphic designers and Scientific Writers to understand project requirements and execute accordingly.
Provide technical and design guidance to other team members when needed.
Proactively communicate project risks, input issues, or timeline challenges to the Team Lead.
Prioritize and manage assigned tasks, ensuring on-time delivery with high quality.
Create and maintain new templates aligned with brand guidelines.
Contribute actively in team meetings and propose ideas for improvement.
Share best practices, new learnings, and innovative approaches with the team.
Demonstrate flexibility to manage dynamic workloads and project demands.
Upskill continuously to enhance Content Enhancement deliverables.
Invest in self-learning to stay updated with the latest design, video, and technology trends.
Plan and execute video recording logistics for medical congresses—including equipment setup, interview framing, lighting, audio capture, and on‑site coordination.
About you
Experience:
Minimum 6+ years of experience in graphic design, video creation, and new media.
Experience in the pharmaceutical / healthcare industry or working with scientific content is desirable.
Experience in event-based video recording and live interview capture is an added advantage.
Soft skills:
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team.
Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem‑solving mindset.
Technical skills:
Must have strong hands-on experience with Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Hands‑on experience in handling video production equipment (DSLR/mirrorless cameras, camcorders, tripods, stabilizers), lighting kits (softboxes, LED panels), and professional audio equipment (lavalier mics, shotgun mics, audio recorders) for on‑site event recording and live interviews.
Ability to translate complex scientific information into clear, visually engaging formats.
Strong grasp of creative and modern design trends.
Experience in working with and maintaining brand guidelines.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Education:
Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline.
Preferred: Degree in graphic design, visual communication, fine arts, or related field with focus on scientific visualization.
Languages:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
