The Role

As a Senior Global Pharmacovigilance Data Analyst (m/f/d) you will serve as a subject matter expert for pharmacovigilance reporting, data integrity and analytics. You will partner with global stakeholders, drive process improvements and help shape future reporting and automation capabilities within the organization.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development, validation and optimization of complex reporting solutions and SQL queries.
• Generate and oversee critical periodic and ad hoc pharmacovigilance reports.
• Act as an escalation point for complex data integrity and reporting issues. [Data
• Conduct root cause analyses and drive sustainable corrective actions. [Data
• Partner with IT, Safety Systems, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs and other global functions.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
• Support system enhancements, testing activities and implementation projects.
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices across the organization.

Your Profile

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Life Sciences or a related discipline.
• Several years of experience in data analytics, reporting or database management.
• Advanced SQL and database querying skills.
• Strong experience investigating data quality and data integrity issues
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in complex global and cross-functional environments.

Highly Desirable

• Experience with Pharmacovigilance systems such as Argus or ARISg.
• Experience with Cognos or comparable reporting platforms.
• Pharmacovigilance, Drug Safety or Clinical Data Management experience
• Experience with reporting automation and process improvement initiatives.
