<p><b>Senior Financial Analyst - Corporate FP&amp;A</b></p><p></p><p><b><span>Position Summary:</span></b></p><ul><li><p><b><span>Full time salaried position</span></b></p></li><li><p><b><span>Onsite based out of our Bridgewater, NJ or Tampa, FL location </span></b></p></li></ul><p></p><p>The <b>Senior Financial Analyst - Corporate FP&amp;A</b> role is at the center of the company’s financial planning and decision-making processes, offering direct exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence outcomes across the business. The <b>Senior Financial Analyst - Corporate FP&amp;A</b> will serve as a key partner to ELT stakeholders and cross-functional teams, while working closely with the Director of Corporate FP&amp;A and the VP of FP&amp;A to shape budgets, forecasts, and strategic insights that drive performance.<br /><br />Bridgewater, NJ and Tampa, FL are our corporate headquarters.<br /> </p><p><b>The Role:</b></p><ul><li><p>Help own and manage the annual budget and monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts for corporate functions, partnering closely with ELT stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Partner with corporate function leaders to provide financial insights, variance analysis, and actionable recommendations</p></li><li><p>Support the preparation and delivery of monthly management reporting packages and monthly ELT financial reviews</p></li><li><p>Analyze financial performance, key drivers, and KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the business</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with Accounting to ensure alignment between financial reporting and forecasts</p></li><li><p>Partner with segment FP&amp;A teams to ensure alignment between corporate and business unit forecasts, assumptions, and reporting</p></li><li><p>Respond to ad hoc requests from senior leadership, delivering timely and insightful analysis to support decision-making</p></li><li><p><span>Other duties as assigned</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>The Candidate:</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, required</p></li><li><p>Minimum two years of experience in FP&amp;A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or a related analytical role</p></li><li><p>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, advanced formulas) and PowerPoint (executive-level presentations)</p></li><li><p>Solid understanding of financial statements, variance analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs)</p></li><li><p>Strong business partnering skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Experience working with financial systems and reporting tools (e.g., OneStream, Power BI, or similar platforms) preferred</p></li><li><p><span>Individual may be required to sit, stand, walk regularly and occasionally lift 0-15 pounds</span></p></li></ul><p><br />The anticipated salary range for this position in New Jersey is $89,200- $156,200, plus bonus, when eligible. The final salary offered to a successful candidate may vary, and will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to: the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, skillset, education, business needs, etc. Catalent is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.<br /><br /><b>Why You Should Join Catalent:</b></p><ul><li><p>Defined career path and annual performance review and feedback process </p></li><li><p>152 hours of PTO &#43; 8 paid holidays</p></li><li><p>Several Employee Resource Groups focusing on D&amp;I</p></li><li><p>Generous 401K match </p></li><li><p>Medical, dental and vision benefits effective day one of employment </p></li><li><p>Tuition Reimbursement </p></li><li><p>WellHub - program to promote overall physical wellness </p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Catalent offers rewarding opportunities to further your career!</b>  Join the global drug development and delivery leader and help us bring over 7,000 life-saving and life-enhancing products to patients around the world.
