Senior Financial Accountant (R2R) - Polish GAAP

Work Flexibility: Hybrid<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p>The mission of the Senior Financial Accountant (R2R) is to ensure the accuracy, reliability and integrity of the company’s books, records and financial reports (POL &amp; US GAAP). </p><p></p><div><p><b>What You Will Do</b></p><ul><li><p>Lead accounting activities, including preparation, maintenance, and reconciliation of general ledger accounts for Polish service entity (SSC in Warsaw)</p></li><li><p>Prepare and report accounting transactions in compliance with policies and principles</p></li><li><p>Manage accounting, reporting and month-end processes across ERP systems and Hyperion</p></li><li><p>Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries to ensure accuracy</p></li><li><p>Maintain effective internal controls and coordinate internal/external audits</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with stakeholders and local finance teams to ensure timely, accurate reporting</p></li><li><p>Drive process improvements, standardization initiatives, and mentor team members to support growth and efficiency</p></li><li><p>Ad hoc activities connected with Local Finance&#39;s responsibilities</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What You Need</b></p><h2>Required:</h2><ul><li><p>Good understanding of Polish GAAP (and US GAAP), with the ability to apply accounting standards in daily activities.</p></li><li><p>Minimum 4 years of accounting experience (e.g., GL, R2R/A2R)</p></li><li><p>Fluency in Polish and min. B2 English with strong communication and collaboration skills</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience working with Oracle Hyperion to support financial reporting and month-end close activities.</p></li><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent certification</p></li></ul><h2>Preferred:</h2><ul><li><p>Experience with JDE</p></li><li><p>Advanced Excel proficiency</p></li><li><p>Prior shared service center experience in a dynamic, multinational environment</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Salary information will be provided during the recruitment process.</p></div><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Travel Percentage: 10%<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
