Senior Field Service Engineer

<p style="text-align:inherit">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><h2><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b></h2><p><b>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></p><p>- Be responsible for Troubleshooting, installation, calibration, maintenance, Preventative Maintenance, field</p><p>modifications and repair on designated equipment.</p><p>- Order and manage repair parts cycle times and Preventative Maintenance schedule.</p><p>- Keep up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service</p><p>records in a timely manner.</p><p>- Maintain communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.</p><p>- Maintain tools and standard test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated.</p><p>- Ensure to meet Health and Human Services, Environmental Health and Safety and/or all other applicable regulatory</p><p>requirements.</p><p>- Utilize the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues.</p><p>- Work as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within assigned area.</p><p>- Adhere to applicable regulatory requirements and company procedure.\</p><p></p><p><b>QUALIFICATIONS:</b> Describe the minimum education and experience, including knowledge, skills and abilities, required to</p><p>successfully perform the job. List any certificates and/or registration required.</p><p>- Minimum Bachelor’s degree of Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology or related fields</p><p>- Experience in servicing Capital Equipment or equivalent service fields.
