If you are excited about a role but don&#39;t meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2>Job Summary</h2><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>Conduct failure analysis for AC/DC, DC/DC and LLC power supplies, diagnose electrical failures and propose solutions.</p></li><li><p>Test power modules with oscilloscopes, multimeters and other tools, analyze the design issues or component failures on PCBA level.</p></li><li><p>Analyze test log, CPK data, BI log data, and report findings.</p></li><li><p>Support pilot production, troubleshoot for production defects, provide repair guidelines and technical documentations.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with R&amp;D teams to optimize designs, ensuring compliance with safety and EMC standards.</p></li><li><p>Prepare bilingual FA reports and present findings to clients or internal teams. Plan and improve failure analysis capability and capacity continuously, including training technicians.</p></li><li><p>Oversea travel per requested</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications: </b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical or Power Electronic engineering etc.</p></li><li><p>Good English listening, writing &amp; speaking.</p></li><li><p>3 to 5&#43; years of experience in power supply failure analysis techniques.
