Senior ERP Systems Analyst (NetSuite)

<p>Revolution Medicines is a clinical-stage precision oncology company focused on developing novel targeted therapies to inhibit frontier targets in RAS-addicted cancers.  The company’s R&D pipeline comprises RAS(ON) Inhibitors designed to suppress diverse oncogenic variants of RAS proteins, and RAS Companion Inhibitors for use in combination treatment strategies. As a new member of the Revolution Medicines team, you will join other outstanding Revolutionaries in a tireless commitment to patients with cancers harboring mutations in the RAS signaling pathway.</p> <p><strong>The Opportunity:</strong></p> <p>We are seeking a Senior ERP Systems Analyst to serve as the internal owner of NetSuite and support our growing global operations. This role will partner closely with Finance and FP&A to ensure NetSuite is scalable, compliant, and aligned with business needs as we continue to expand.</p> <p>You will play a critical role in maintaining financial integrity, supporting global entity growth, optimizing inventory and product costing, and ensuring seamless integration across enterprise systems including Workday, Coupa, Concur, and ADP. This role is pivotal in building sustainable ERP infrastructure to support operational excellence and commercialization readiness.</p> <p>The ideal candidate brings strong NetSuite expertise, deep financial systems knowledge, and experience operating in a high-growth, regulated environment. You thrive in dynamic biotech settings, balancing hands-on configuration with strategic partnership across teams.</p> <p>In this role you will call upon your experience to:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Serve as primary system owner and administrator for NetSuite OneWorld.</p> </li> <li> <p>Manage global subsidiaries, chart of accounts, segments, and intercompany structures.</p> </li> <li> <p>Lead new entity setup including tax nexus, currency configuration, and reporting impacts.</p> </li> <li> <p>Configure and optimize key modules including GL, AP, AR, and product costing.</p> </li> <li> <p>Design, develop, and maintain NetSuite reports, saved searches, dashboards, and KPIs to support Finance, FP&A and executive leadership.</p> </li> <li> <p>Partner with Finance and FP&A to support budgeting, forecasting, close, and reporting requirements.</p> </li> <li> <p>Administer NetSuite user access, roles, and permissions, ensuring proper segregation of duties.</p> </li> <li> <p>Support inventory valuation methodologies (standard/average costing) and variance analysis.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ensure accurate COGS flows, revenue recognition alignment, and financial reporting integrity.</p> </li> <li> <p>Support SOX compliance activities including documentation, control testing, and remediation.</p> </li> <li> <p>Maintain and monitor IT General Controls (ITGCs) related to system access, change management, and data integrity.</p> </li> <li> <p>Partner with Internal Audit and external auditors to support system-related audit requests.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ensure appropriate change management controls are followed for system enhancements and releases.</p> </li> <li> <p>Have understanding of NetSuite integrations with Workday (HRIS), ADP (payroll), Coupa (P2P), Concur (expenses) and middleware platforms.</p> </li> <li> <p>Lead system improvements and enhancements with minimal business disruption.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills, Experience and Education:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business, accounting, information systems, or related field.</p> </li> <li> <p>7+ years of ERP systems experience with strong hands-on NetSuite expertise.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience supporting multi-entity, global NetSuite OneWorld environments.</p> </li> <li> <p>Deep understanding of financial processes including GL, AP, AR, product costing, and intercompany accounting.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience supporting integrations with other business systems and business intelligence platforms</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong collaboration skills with Finance, FP&A and IT teams.</p> </li> <li> <p>Proven experience managing vendors and leading system enhancements.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>NetSuite Administrator or Consultant certification.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience in life sciences, biotech, or other regulated industries.</p> </li> <li> <p>Familiarity with Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash integrations.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience working alongside integration or middleware platforms.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience with SuiteTax and multi-jurisdiction tax configuration.</p> </li> <li> <p>Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth biotech environment.</p> <p class="p1"><span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">#LI-Hybrid  #LI-YG1</span></p> </li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>The base pay salary range for this full-time position for candidates working onsite at our headquarters in Redwood City, CA is listed below.
