What a typical day looks like:
Project management of new product introductions (NPI).
Experience Single point of contact with the customers & handling the customers on-site for audit.
Design the project plan and share it with the customer for better visibility of product launch with challenges
Schedule the Kick-off meeting for on-time Product launch.
Responsible for the new product implementation in production line.
Develop product build plans and perform production according to manufacturing process instructions.
Coordinate with program teams to develop the new product schedule & quote.
Creates/maintains build processes, coordinates product builds for release into production, prioritizes failures and works with design to resolve issues
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience and training.
Typically requires 5+years of experience
Strong Experience in New product Introduction.
Experience in Product and Project management skills.
Knowledge in ECO/ECN/ECR procedure
