Senior Electrical Engineer-CT

Key Responsibilities 主要职责

1. Electrical and Electronic hardware development of CT HW subsystem (Gantry, Couch) including schematic design, components selection, PCBA, motion control system design.
负责CT硬件子系统（机架 Gantry、检查床 Couch）的电气与电子硬件开发，包括原理图设计、器件选型、PCBA设计及运动控制系统设计。

2. Communication and technical feasibility discussion with team members in concept stage; and provide technical design solutions.
在概念设计阶段与团队成员进行技术沟通和可行性讨论，并提供技术设计解决方案。

3. Perform trouble shooting and root cause analysis on issues from customer or production line, as well as design verification, ensure deliverables have no risk in quality, safety and reliability.
针对客户反馈或生产线问题进行故障排查和根因分析，同时开展设计验证工作，确保交付成果在质量、安全性和可靠性方面不存在风险。

4. Work with technical leadership to ensure that the technical deliverables are consistent with the goals of programs, projects, or initiatives.
与技术领导团队合作，确保技术交付成果与项目、计划及业务目标保持一致。

5. Ensure design for reliability, performance, and high-quality product delivery.
确保产品设计满足可靠性和性能要求，实现高质量产品交付。

You're the Right Fit If 您符合以下条件

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical, Electronics Engineering or related field equivalent.
电气工程、电子工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。

2. 8~15 years of experience in EE hardware development in a professional organization, ideally in the Medical Device industry.
具有8-15年电子电气（EE）硬件开发经验，有医疗器械行业背景者优先。

3. Design experience with FPGA or Servo motion control is preferred.
具备FPGA设计或伺服运动控制开发经验者优先。

4. Demonstrated experience in analogue, digital, EMC/EMI centered electrical design.
具有模拟电路、数字电路及EMC/EMI（电磁兼容/电磁干扰）相关电气设计经验。

5. Experience with PCBA design (>6 layers). Familiar with PCB, PCBA manufacturing process.
具有6层以上PCBA设计经验，熟悉PCB及PCBA制造工艺。

6. Solid skills of operating test instruments, e.g. function wave generator, oscilloscope. Familiar with network analyzer preferred.
熟练使用测试仪器设备，例如函数信号发生器、示波器等；熟悉网络分析仪者优先。

7. Good knowledge and experience with common HW peripheral (CAN, CANOpen, EtherCAT, RS-232, RS-485, general serial/parallel bus knowledge…).
熟悉常用硬件接口及通信总线，包括CAN、CANOpen、EtherCAT、RS-232、RS-485以及串行/并行总线等相关技术。

8. Knowledge in design for reliability, manufacturing, testing, assembly, and cost.
了解可靠性设计（DfR）、制造、测试、装配及成本优化相关知识。

9. Good problem solving capability, efficient communication with local and international colleagues with good oral and written English.
具备优秀的问题分析与解决能力；能够与国内外团队高效沟通；具备良好的英语口语及书面表达能力。
