If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2>Job Summary</h2><p><span>To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a </span><b><span>Senior EH&S Specialist</span></b> <span>located in </span><b><span>Tczew, Poland.</span></b></p><p></p><p><span>Reporting to the </span><b><span>EH&S and Recycling Manager,</span></b> <span>the </span><b><span>Senior EH&S Specialist</span></b> <span>role involves </span><span>implementing occupational health and safety tasks while ensuring the correct operation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System compliant with health and safety regulations and ISO 45001.</span></p><p></p><p></p><p><b><span>What a typical day looks like:</span></b></p><ul><li><span>Inspect working conditions and ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, fire protection, and environmental regulations.</span></li><li><span>Identify occupational hazards and prepare relevant reports and root causes.</span></li><li><span>Participate in occupational risk assessments and investigations of incidents.</span></li><li><span>Maintain records and documentation related to incidents, diseases and harmful factors in the work environment.</span></li><li><span>Manage of indicators related to working environment and measurements of harmful factors with storing and analyzing results.</span></li><li><span>Develop, update and implement safety instructions, procedures and related documentation.</span></li><li><span>Conduct training on occupational health and safety, fire protection and chemical handling.</span></li><li><span>Collaborate with internal departments, company doctor and relevant authorities to implement safety objectives.</span></li><li><span>Manage of fire protection equipment and verify chemical safety data sheets.</span></li><li><span>Prepare reports and submit required documentation to state and local authorities (e.g., PIP, PIS).</span></li></ul><p></p><p><b>The experience we’re looking to add to our team:</b></p><ul><li>Proven ability to independently manage safety standards and complex health and safety tasks.</li><li>University degree or postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health and Safety.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in occupational health and safety roles.</li><li>Strong knowledge of legal regulations related to occupational health, safety, and fire protection.
