<p>Revolution Medicines is a clinical-stage precision oncology company focused on developing novel targeted therapies to inhibit frontier targets in RAS-addicted cancers.&nbsp; The company’s R&amp;D pipeline comprises RAS(ON) Inhibitors designed to suppress diverse oncogenic variants of RAS proteins, and RAS Companion Inhibitors for use in combination treatment strategies. As a new member of the Revolution Medicines team, you will join other outstanding Revolutionaries&nbsp;in a tireless commitment to patients with cancers harboring mutations in the RAS signaling pathway.</p>
<p><strong>The Opportunity:</strong></p>
<p>This role represents a unique opportunity to serve as a senior strategic and scientific liaison between the RVMD Research organization and our various internal and external partners and collaborators. We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, critical thinker, grounded in oncology drug discovery, with strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. This high-impact leadership position will:</p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Lead and shape the strategy for review, prioritization, and implementation of Research activities to support the business needs of various internal partners including R&amp;D Leadership, Medical Affairs, Commercial, and Investor Relations groups. Serve as a senior point of accountability for the sourcing, collation, review, and quality control of scientific materials to support training and public disclosures at scientific conferences and meetings.</p>

<p>Leverage strong cross-functional leadership skills to coordinate and facilitate collaborations with key stakeholders across the organization, including R&amp;D, Medical Affairs, Commercial, Project Management, and Legal, ensuring alignment and execution of high-visibility initiatives.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Partner with Research Leadership to define and implement a scalable, efficient, and sustainable approach to RVMD’s collaborations with external academic partners. This includes prioritization of preclinical research proposals and oversight of RVMD review and approval of scientific materials intended for public disclosure.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Drive continuous improvement of communication and decision-making processes to optimize management of internal and external relationships, particularly for members of the Biology leadership team.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Identify current and future needs and evolve the capabilities of the scientific liaison function to adapt to the rapidly increasing scale and complexity of our RAS(ON) portfolio and the broader organization. Proactively engage with key stakeholders to maintain a detailed and forward-looking understanding of the portfolio and its strategic drivers.</p>

</ul>
<p><strong>Required Skills, Experience, and Education:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>PhD scientist with 15+ years of related experience, including strong operational leadership capabilities, sound judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to balance multiple complex and high-visibility initiatives. Practicing scientists seeking to transition into senior enabling scientific operations, strategy, and organizational leadership roles will be considered.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>12+ years of experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Extensive experience in Oncology drug discovery, including familiarity with key activities that follow progression of drug candidates from Research through Clinical Development and Commercialization.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Demonstrated ability to operate at a strategic level while maintaining operational rigor, and to explain complex interconnections to collaborators with diverse backgrounds, including senior management and external stakeholders.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Clear and concise communication style, particularly for scientific subject matter, with the ability to synthesize complex data into business-relevant, actionable recommendations.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Strong interpersonal leadership skills, including the ability to influence senior stakeholders, align cross-functional teams, and build and maintain trusted relationships across a dynamic and fast-paced organization.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Exceptional attention to detail and quality.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preferred Skills:</strong></p>
<ul>

<p>Experience in academic collaborator management, portfolio management, portfolio planning, or related strategic functions is preferred.</p>
