This individual will lead the exosome research team, manage daily operations, and drive innovation across our therapeutic pipeline. The ideal candidate combines a strong scientific background with proven management and leadership skills, ensuring the successful execution of research strategies that advance Capricor’s mission to deliver transformative therapies.
