Senior Director of Medical Affairs/ Lead Medical Science Liaison*

<div style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:18px;">The Senior Director of Medical Affairs will strengthen and enhance our medical affairs function in supporting pritelivir and our products in development. This senior leadership role will drive medical affairs excellence through strategic oversight of the field-based Medical Science Liaison team, vendor partnerships, and comprehensive medical communications functions and liaise with cross functional teams.<br>As we prepare for our 2026 launch of pritelivir, the Senior Director of Medical Affairs will play a critical role in assisting the development and tactical execution of the medical affair’s strategic goals. This position can work remotely, with a requirement to be in the office in Waltham once a month. </span></div><span style="color:rgb(41,105,176);"><br></span><span style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:18px;color:rgb(41,105,176);"><strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong></span><ul><li style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:18px;">Assist in the development and execution of the US Medical Affairs strategy across the AiCuris antiviral portfolio, encompassing marketed and pipeline products. </li><li style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:18px;">Oversee field medical strategy and operations for pritelivir, including the US MSL team and the Medical Affairs Fellowship Program (beginning July 2026). Provide leadership and strategic oversight for medical communications and manage relationships with vendors providing medical communication services, and medical information services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Clinical Development, Regulatory, Market Access) to ensure integrated launch readiness.</li><li style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:18px;">Work with cross functional teams to develop AiCuris “Areas of Interest” to provide. direction for investigator-initiated study programs and manage medical grants program.</li><li style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:18px;">Create training programs and educational materials for the US MSL team. </li><li style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:18px;">Establish metrics and systems to measure medical affairs impact and to present these metrics to senior management. </li><li style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:18px;">Act as the lead with potential global partners who will educate and market pritelivir outside the United States.</li></ul>
