We are searching for the best talent for a Senior Director, Global Platform Leader - Web Experience, Comms, XR/VR, Education to be located in Raritan, NJ.
The Senior Director, Global Platform Leader - Web Experience, Comms, XR/VR, Education is a business strategist and product‑minded technology leader who partners closely with the cross functional business leadership teams across MedTech to shape growth strategies, modernize platforms, and deliver differentiated digital and AI capabilities for customers and patients. This leader serves as the critical point of connection between business strategy and technology execution, developing technology as a competitive advantage for the business.
This is a business‑facing technology role, orchestrating the full breadth of JJT products, platforms, and services to maximize value, speed, and quality for the MedTech portfolio. This role will engage deeply with senior business leaders to define priorities and deliver outcomes.
The MedTech Global Commercial Organization encompasses external facing Digital Sites, Education, and XR/VR platforms with integrations across the global commercial platform ecosystem to drive meaningful experiences for patients and physicians.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$178,000 - $307,000Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees and/or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
