The CTPL translates Product Development & Supply (PDS) and Brand strategies into integrated supply, network, and technology strategies that meet or exceed Long-Term Financial Plan (LTFP) commitments.
The CTPL leads both commercial products and development assets that have advanced beyond proof of concept and share either a therapeutic area or common technology platform. The role chairs cross-functional GO Teams comprised of representatives from Development, MSAT, Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory CMC, and Finance. Through matrix leadership, the CTPL establishes and governs the Book of Work (BOW) required to deliver product strategy, optimize portfolio outcomes, and achieve enterprise objectives.
The CTPL is accountable for shaping portfolio trade-offs, investment needs, and risk posture across the Cell Therapy network in partnership with enterprise stakeholders and GO Team leaders. The role ensures execution of approved strategies through governance, matrix leadership, and performance management while providing oversight of the technical project portfolio required to achieve yearly product performance targets. This includes development of integrated roadmaps, sponsorship of governance reviews, resolution of escalated risks, and stewardship of long-range business and financial assumptions.
