Senior Digitization Engineer

This is an opportunity to shape the future of our digital manufacturing landscape, influence global operations, and bring innovative technologies to life in a world class medical technology business.</p><p></p><p><b>What will you be doing?</b></p><ul><li>Leading strategic digital manufacturing initiatives that advance Manufacturing 4.0 across global sites</li><li>Translating user needs and business requirements into system architectures and technical specifications</li><li>Collaborating with Operations, Manufacturing IT, Operational Excellence, and Data Analytics to deliver scalable digital solutions</li><li>Identifying and implementing technologies for automated data collection, IIoT connectivity, and advanced data visualization</li><li>Providing advanced technical support and lifecycle ownership of global OT applications</li><li>Supporting manufacturing sites with local digital manufacturing initiatives</li><li>Providing Design for Automation input to New Product Development teams</li><li>Driving continuous improvement to enhance safety, quality, cost, and manufacturing performance</li><li>Ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality system requirements</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What will you need to be successful?</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science</li><li>Minimum 5 years’ experience working in global cross functional technical environments</li><li>Understanding of manufacturing KPIs and performance metrics</li><li>Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with partners</li><li>Strong communication skills including written verbal and presentation capabilities</li></ul><p></p><p><b>You.
