<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><h1><span class="emphasis-3"><b><b>Who we are ?</b></b></span></h1></div></div></div></div></div></div></div><p style="text-align:left">A unique business, Pierre Fabre in the UK is a pharmaceutical and dermo cosmetics  company, operating within oncology and skincare.  </p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">Part of a much larger French-owned Group, and owned and governed by a Foundation, we are committed to improving the lives of others and take great pride in the heritage and values of the organisation.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><span class="emphasis-3"><b><b>Your mission</b></b></span></h1><p>In close collaboration with the sales teams, Digital Marketing &amp; e-retail (depending on the subsidiary) manage all marketing activities to meet turnover and profit margin objectives while respecting allocated operating budgets and consistent with global marketing strategy<br />- Develop the local marketing strategy<br />- Take responsibility for implementing the omni-channel marketing activation plan and monitor its application in connection with field teams<br />- Ensure correct adaptation of the brand/franchise image and values locally<br />- Adapt customer/health professional profiles targeted by the brand/franchise/product line to the local market and define their journeys and transform them into a local marketing plan to develop sales<br />- Contribute to defining the brand/franchise global strategy by providing feedback on local market needs<br />- Develop/contribute to developing digital strategy, in line with guidelines developed by the corporate digital division and ensure a good return on investment<br />- Measure the performance of omni-channel marketing action plans and propose plans for improvement<br />- Draw up and ensure budget and key performance indicator monitoring for the department/area<br />- Lead and supervise the team.
