Senior Demand Planner (Brazil)

As Senior Demand Planner you will manage end-to-end order fulfilment in a hybrid make-to-order/make-to-stock environment. You will oversee the supply flow from customer order receipt through delivery, ensuring alignment across Commercial, CMOs, Quality, and Logistics. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining customer communication, managing demand and production planning inputs, coordinating timely supply from manufacturing partners, ensuring compliant product release, and securing on-time shipment. Demand Planning includes supporting global demand visibility and forecasting accuracy through partnering with commercial teams and reviewing historical sales trends. Order Management involves overseeing the full customer order lifecycle, receiving and processing purchase orders, entering orders in the ERP system, and more. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, an inquisitive mindset, and be well-organised, attentive to detail, and proactive.
