Osivax, a growing biotechnology company focused on innovative vaccine development, is seeking a Senior Data Manager to join the clinical development team. The role combines senior operational execution and strategic ownership of data management activities, with the scope to grow into a formal leadership position as the organization scales. It reports to the Chief Medical Officer and operates in close collaboration with the clinical leadership team. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who enjoys building processes, solving problems, and working collaboratively in a small, quality-driven organization. It requires deep knowledge of data management processes, quality and biostatistics. The ideal candidate has a strong background in settings like CRO, biotech or pharmaceutical companies, and is fluent in written and spoken English. Experiences in vaccines, and knowledge of French are strong additional assets.

Requirements

Master’s or PhD’s degree in Data Management and Biostatistics. Minimum 8-10 years of Data Management experience in a CRO, biotech or pharmaceutical company. Programming experience in SAS or other data management and statistical software. Professional working proficiency in English (spoken and written), good knowledge of French would be a plus. Solid understanding of clinical research processes, ICH-GCP, and regulatory requirements. Experience working with CDISC standards (SDTM and ADaM). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
