Senior Customer Service Specialist - Order Management

Work Flexibility: Hybrid or Onsite

 As a Senior Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end order management process and ensuring accurate and timely order execution. You will work closely with Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to support efficient order processing and on-time delivery.

The role reports to the relevant manager within the Customer Service Manager and contributes to maintaining high data quality, process compliance, and operational efficiency.

 

What will you do:

• Manage end-to-end order processing, ensuring accurate and timely order entry in the ERP system.
• Monitor order status and coordinate with Logistics, Warehouse, and Sales teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Review and validate customer orders, pricing, and required documentation before processing.
• Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders regarding order progress, delays, or issues.
• Support invoicing processes by ensuring all order details and documentation are complete and compliant.
• Complete ÜTS submissions accurately and within required timelines.
• Maintain accurate order records and ensure data integrity within the system.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency in order management operations.

 

What will you need:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in order management and customer service processes.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (including Advanced Excel and Power BI).
• Knowledge of ERP systems.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Advanced reporting skills.

 

Preferred:

• Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry.
• Experience in Order Management.
• Experience in Business Process Analysis.

 

Location: Sancaktepe/Istanbul, Türkiye
Work model: 2 days per week on-site in the Istanbul office

Travel Percentage: 10%
