As a Senior engineer you will be guardian of reliability, scalability, and performance across our cloud infrastructure. Responsible for deploying, maintaining and monitoring Microsoft Azure services through CI/CD pipelines and ensuring seamless software delivery. This role requires strong collaboration with DevOps, architecture and other operations teams to drive SRE and DevOps best practices across the business unit. This role demands deep expertise in Azure services, automation, and DevOps methodologies, along with the ability to mentor junior engineers and collaborate across teams to drive operational excellence.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>Deploy, test and maintain highly available cloud infrastructure (Azure)</p></li><li><p>Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and deployment issues across environments.</p></li><li><p>Drive DevOps best practices and continuous improvement initiatives</p></li><li><p>Implement Infrastructure as a code (IaC) usings (ARM templates, bicep)</p></li><li><p>Support containerized workloads using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)</p></li><li><p>Use CI/CD pipelines for containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).</p></li><li><p>Implement and maintain Azure governance, RBAC, Policy, and Cost Management</p></li><li><p>Monitor system health using tools like Azure Monitor, SolarWinds, Prometheus &amp; Grafana.</p></li><li><p>Monitor and improve system performance using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, and KQL.</p></li><li><p>Automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency through scripting</p></li><li><p>Working knowledge on Disaster Recovery setup &amp; simulation tests.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, scalability, and reliability</p></li><li><p>Work closely with Architecture and provide feedback on proposed design, security and build specifications.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with SLAs/OLAs and ITIL processes.</p></li><li><p>Work closely with NOC and automate their day-to-day tasks.</p></li><li><p>Work smart to control overall Cost and reduce wastage.</p></li><li><p>Stay current with Azure updates and best practices to proactively improve infrastructure</p></li><li><p>Maintain documentation and runbooks for operational procedures and disaster recovery for knowledge sharing and audit readiness.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Skills:</b><br /> </p><p><u>Must Have:</u></p><ul><li><p>5&#43; years of experience in Azure Cloud operations, DevOps or cloud engineering.</p></li><li><p>Strong expertise in Azure services (IaaS &amp; PaaS)</p></li><li><p>Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (ARM templates, Bicep) to deploy Infrastructure and applications.</p></li><li><p>Good experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes, AKS).</p></li><li><p>Optimize AKS cluster performance, security, and cost-efficiency</p></li><li><p>Setup and troubleshoot AKS workloads using Azure Monitor, Prometheus, and Grafana</p></li><li><p>Good understanding of Azure networking (NSG/ WAF/ Firewall/ AppGW, load balancers, Traffic manager configuration, etc.)​ &amp; Cloud architecture principles.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash or Python)</p></li><li><p>Good exposure to Azure DevOps, CI/CD tools and workflows</p></li><li><p>Manage secrets and credentials with Azure Key Vault</p></li><li><p>Solid grasp of cloud security, and performance optimization</p></li><li><p>Responsible for hosting and administering Azure Entra ID application registrations &amp; enterprise applications, ensuring timely renewals if certificates and client secrets.</p></li><li><p>Open to work in rotational shifts.<br /> </p></li></ul><p><u>Good to have:</u></p><ul><li><p>Experience with Cosmos DB, Cosmos DB for Mongo &amp; MySQL.</p></li><li><p>Exposure to Azure VMWare services.</p></li><li><p>Expertise with Azure platform engineering in maintaining overall core components &amp; improve security scores.</p></li><li><p>Working knowledge of Solar winds monitoring configuration &amp; operations.</p></li><li><p>Experience in incident response and postmortems to improve reliability<br /><br /> </p></li></ul><p><b>Education:</b></p><p>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field</p><p>Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert certification preferred</p><p>Microsoft Certified: Azure administrator Expert certification is good to have</p><p>English: Fluent</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Come as you are.</b></p><p style="text-align:left"><span>We&#39;re proud to be a Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
