Senior Clinical Support Specialist, Joint Replacement,- Central Region

Work Flexibility: Field-based<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><div>The <b>Senior Clinical Support Specialist</b> responsibilities include directly supporting Stryker products associated with <b>Joint Replacement </b>procedures and optimizing customer service. This role within <b>Central Region, Saudi Arabia</b> will focus on supporting our customers to provide a best in class procedural solution.</div><div><p></p><p><b>What you will do</b></p><ul><li><p>Managing complex projects and cases end-to-end. Providing expert level solution.</p></li><li><p>Guiding clinical innovation across teams. Anticipates challenges and proactively addresses them.</p></li><li><p>Audit theatre Stryker stock (implants, disposables and instruments), managing consignment inventory, ensuring good asset management practice, utilization of delivered stock,  and stock rotation.</p></li><li><p>Attend cases and service existing and new customer base within the theatre and clinical environment</p></li><li><p>Working closely with other team members within the defined region, and the Regional Manager, to ensure customer service levels are best in class. </p></li><li><p>Provides theatre and other HCP staff training on Stryker products.  This could include organizing and conducting training workshops and events for a broad customer group.</p></li><li><p>Behaves with integrity, delivers on commitments within required timescales.</p></li><li><p>Understands the clinical application of the broader Stryker portfolio to offer our customers an understanding of our wider product range.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What you need</b></p><p></p><p>Required:</p><ul><li><p>Minimum of 4 years’ experience</p></li><li><p>Experience in Orthopaedics</p></li><li><p>University degree or an extensive amount of practical knowledge gained through experience.</p></li><li><p>English and Arabic full professional proficiency</p></li><li><p>Critical thinking, strategic thinking</p></li><li><p>High level communicator</p></li><li><p>Professional, disciplined, focused and organized.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Preferred:</p><ul><li><p>Experience in Joint Replacement (hips, knee)</p></li><li><p>Certified Theatre Practitioner or ODA, professional training in a medical environment</p></li></ul></div><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Travel Percentage: None<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
